Shipping
- FREE shipping on all purchases of $69 or more. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
- Processing: We prepare and ship your order within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: On average, your order arrives in 5–8 business days within the United States.
- During peak seasons, times may be extended slightly; thank you for your patience.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link by email so you know its whereabouts at all times.
90-Day Guarantee
Your body deserves a real test. Take Ritual Ligera daily for 90 days; if it's not for you, we'll give you your money back. No forms, no complications. This guarantee applies only to your first order (not to subsequent orders placed within the period).
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@ritualligera.com with your order number and reason. We will guide you step by step. Requests within 90 days of your first order qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to reflect.
